Ms. Elisabeth
Owner/Director
Ms. Elisabeth also known as Ms. Lis with the children, she has a passion for caring and educating young children. She believes child care instills an influential foundation to each child's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Ms. Lis graduated from the College of Southern Maryland with her Associate of Applied Science in Early Childhood Development and is actively continuing her education at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore.
Mrs. Angela
Administrative Assistant
Mrs. Angela is dedicated to ensuring the daily operations at Foundations Learning Center are well-coordinated and in line with the Foundations Learning Center standards. Mrs. Angela has knowledge and experience in HR, business operations and administrative assistance. Mrs. Angela is committed to the mission at Foundations Learning Center and is known for her motherly love, always putting a smile on the children's faces.
Ms. Sarah
Infant & Toddler Teacher
Ms. Sarah started at Foundations Learning Center as a teacher assistant in the infant/toddler room. She fell in love with caring for the children she soon competed her educational requirements to become an infant/toddler teacher. Ms. Sarah's calm demeanor and dedicated work ethic helps give the babies a safe, fun and loving place to spend their day.
Ms. Chanice
Preschool Teacher
Ms. Chanice has big heart for caring for children. She started her career in childcare working at her mom's home daycare. Ms. Chanice has passion and love for each child she care's for. Ms. Chanice is able to attend to each child's individual needs as well as the needs of the classroom as a whole. She loves creating learning activities for her students and always enjoys decorating treats for their parties.
Mrs. Linda
Preschool Teacher
Mrs. Linda has been a preschool teacher for over 20 years. Mrs. Linda has experience owning her own home day care as well as working at a Center. She enjoys all the teachable moments she has with each child. She believes in the importance of parent involvement and understand the need for each child to have structure and to be nurtured at this age. Mrs. Linda classroom is always a place of fun and love.
Ms. Schae
Pre-K, B&A Care Teacher
Ms.Schae started her career working with children shortly after graduating high school. Ms. Schae graduated from CSM with an Associate of Applied Science in Early Childhood Development. Ms. Schae loves engaging with her students and their families. She works with each child on their development and creates age appropriate activities for her students. Her love for children is felt and seen through the children in her class.
